Jaw-dropping, awe-inspiring, mind-blowing...anyone with even the slightest appreciation for interior photography will likely use these adjectives when they see the photos below of Danish photographer Stuart McIntyre. His photography has me so mesmerized I may have to do an encore tomorrow. :)

  
  

No rhyme nor reason

I am rushing to get things done because I am heading out to celebrate my cousin's 16th birthday. Which is crazy because I used to live with her when she was about 2 or 3. So HAPPY FREAKING BIRTHDAY CRISTINA (Dude)!!!

In my rush I simply put together some photos from one of my favourite magazine sites - Bolig Magasinet. All kinds of Danish loveliness can be found there - glossy black floors to drool over, pretty outdoor spaces, funky light fixtures, creative and gorgeous kitchens...

heyhome

heyhome is the pairing of photographer Pernille Kaalund with stylist and journalist Louise Kamman Riising. The only thing I can read on their Danish website is that they have worked for several Scandinavian magazines such as Boligmagasinet, BoligLiv and Bo Bedre. Speaking of Scandinavian, the majority of the photos included in their portfolio are typically bright and white, with punches of colour and an eclectic vintage feel. What's not to love about that combo?

Bleh

I am coming down with something (no surprise as the guy in the cube next to me at work has been off all week with strep throat) so I was looking through my photo stash for a little pick-me-up. Found these from Bolig Magasinet. Now I'm smiling. White spaces with bright hits of colour always manage to get me going.
