heyhome
heyhome is the pairing of photographer Pernille Kaalund with stylist and journalist Louise Kamman Riising. The only thing I can read on their Danish website is that they have worked for several Scandinavian magazines such as Boligmagasinet, BoligLiv and Bo Bedre. Speaking of Scandinavian, the majority of the photos included in their portfolio are typically bright and white, with punches of colour and an eclectic vintage feel. What's not to love about that combo?

The colours & prints are stunning!! Love the collections.. of japanese dolls.. etc.. etc..
The book shelves (both!) are impressive!
Beautiful images and spot-on contemporary Scandinavian design.
For some reason the wall mounted wood burning stove really jumped out at me. Love the uniqueness of it and what appears to be a glass to protect the floor and not some ugly (usually)fireproof mat.

Love all of it!!
Hey there!
This will help you with those pesky Danish, Italian, French, Swedish, etc. etc. sites that are impossible to read:http://translate.google.com/translate_t#
Paste in the text (or website URL) and convert to english. It works really well - maybe 90% accurate. Anyway you can get the full gist of what is written in almost any foreign language.
Cheers,
MJ
For sites like this one though MJ, it doesn't work because the text is not placed via HTML so you can't copy it and the different sections to the site are not separate links. :( Believe me, I tried.
Wow - fabulous - made even more so by the fact there is a squirrel image on the bed.
wonderful...very nice
I've been following your blog for quite a while now, but I think this is my first time leaving a comment. I'm Danish myself and even though I read these magazines frequently I haven't seen these photos before - they are really great! If you need any help with translating specific Danish words or sentences, please don't hesitate to ask me.
Thanks for stopping by Katrine Ny and I may just take you up on that offer sometime!
very first room - i want it!
I am feeling rather inspired by the bright granny squares and crocheted pillows... love them!!
I love the broken R. What fun rooms!
good god in heaven. that's just too pretty.
Yes, it really is a great combo in this room! What's not to love?
Can someone remind me where that wallpaper in the last image with the big R is from?
This is fabulous. I love their style, full of whites and also funny, like in the first photo, in the living room, full of colors.
