Opposite ends of the spectrum

Both of these homes have been featured lately in Residence magazine and I wanted to blog one, then the other, no the first one, but what about the second....so what the hell I'll blog both. Both homes are gorgeous, the first because of the soothing and earthy neutral palette and the second because of the bold colour scheme and modern vibe. Colour

Just another quick home before we head into the weekend. The owners of this one are not afraid of colour. The colours they chose for their walls are beautiful. But oddly enough they left the easiest rooms to bathe in colour (in my humble opinion anyway) in neutrals - kitchen, bathroom and dining room. My favourite is the magenta bedroom. SWOON! New from Domus Nova (#1)

I got my hands on some new properties from the lovely folks over at West London estate agents Domus Nova. They always have really cool or really wacky homes on their roster. The 3 today would qualify as being somewhat wacky. Or at least out of the ordinary. Here is the first one, located in the heart of Notting Hill. It's 3 bedrooms, oddly shaped, 3-storey, 2040 sq ft and formerly the home of singer Robbie Williams. These owners sure have eclectic taste. I'm not sure how many people have the balls to buy a monstrous eggplant coloured sectional - and then outfit it with orange and yellow pillows.
