I am an admirer of the interiors created by Syd and Shea McGee of Studio McGee. Clean, bright, contemporary, fresh and energetic. What's not to love really? They throw in colours, patterns and some really beautiful artwork and you've got timeless rooms you never want to leave.

Kitchens you will not find in the burbs

I am all about kitchens that are any combination of black, white, grey, wood and brass. And then I saw this, again by Gisbert Pöppler. It makes me want to move to a flat in Europe, because I don't think this will can be pulled off anywhere else. And OMG I kind of like the peach and green combo. It's TRUE. With the gold and brass accents it's so classy art deco (I would have gone with funkier chairs tho').

This house!!!

Beating the heat with green

It's crazy hot right now where I live. My thoughts turn to ways of beating the heat ... with green. Not greenery. No ... with green. How refreshing is this all white retreat by French interior designer Luis Laplace? Made even more so by the green. On the ceiling. Yes please!
