The dining room is just right for a long lunch, curl up for a movie in the family room, party time on the entertainment deck and pool house. Actually you'll find me in those stunning bathrooms. Hundreds and thousands

Do they call the multi-coloured sprinkles on top of cakes "hundreds and thousands" in your part of the world? I never know anymore if a saying I have taken for granted all my life is common currency around the world. But it's hundreds and thousands that sprang to mind when I saw this cute as a button home shot by photographer Patric Johansson and styled by Myrica Bergqvist. Making a b-id for perfection

Bad pun I know but I can't help it. Every time Julia Edelmann from Buckingham Interiors + Design sends me pictures of her showroom I go weak at the knees. Each time it is a perfection of eclectic pieces combined in a way that only Julia and her team can do. Last time she sent me pics of its previous incarnation I thought it couldn't get any better. I wanted to move in straight away. But now I know it always gets better. I'll still move in and happily wait for Julia's seasonal changes!

Loft lurking

End of the week real estate stalking. Today I'm lurking around this whole floor apartment in the old Maples Warehouse in South Yarra. Lots of white tempered with rich neutrals, almost as many living areas as days of the week, sunny balconies and killer suburb in Melbourne, Australia. I'm already figuring out what furniture to give away and more importantly what I would bring in. If only the bank manager would say yes. At least I have a lottery ticket for tomorrow night.
