Canny Architecture's renovation of this house in the country meets sea town of Flinders, Victoria is dark and moody, chic and sophisticated, a contemporary take on a traditional farm house. Love the dark interiors, not only stylish but perfect for hiding from the blazing Australian sun.
I spotted this 1915, 400m2 home located outside Copenhagen on Bo Bedre and had to share because dark tones are EVERYTHING and this is how you do dark right. This house is a total dream!!! OMG! A living room with the most beautiful dark walls (and that mirror! that chandelier!), a new spacious kitchen, a rustic boho dining room (with THREE vintage chandeliers!!! and exposed brick!), original/reclaimed wood walls, white painted wood floors, a Victorian 'decaying' bedroom, gorgeous tile in the bathroom... this is eclectic style that cannot be beat.
