Will anyone lend me a cool million?

Time to real estate stalk in my home town again. I love this townhouse in inner city New Farm. The T1 apartments are a complex of 9 designed by award winning architects Donovan Hill. I'm in love with this space. Just wish the real estate agent had included more pictures. I might just have to pretend to be a buyer so I can get a showing. It's a shame that prices are so outrageous here at the moment.

Secret Gardens

Scattered throughout Sydney are these beautiful oases in an urban landscape. Secret Gardens is a holistic landscape design team founded by Matthew Cantwell. Beautiful inspirational gardens whether a sprawling garden or a small inner city courtyard.

P.S A link finally for the reader (whose email I inadvertently deleted) who wanted to know the name and source of the white sunlounge in the first photo after it featured in a Noosa post.

Enlightened

What did I find when I got home from work? My inbox overflowing with images of super stylist Megan Morton's latest work, this fabulous apartment in Sydney's new iconic residential tower Lumière. Megan you take my breath away. Fun, funky, and a cacophony of colour. When can I move in? (See more of Megan's work here and here and here and here - another absolute DTI favourite.) Don't forget to click on the photos to see every detail in supersize.

Seaside sassy

One of our favourite interior designers Greg Natale (here, here, here, here, here and here, told you he is a favourite) has a fabulous feature in the latest Belle magazine. This seaside home in Sydney sees a departure from Greg's outrageous use of pattern but is still true to his design vibe and his great sense of colour. This man is versatile! The colours are so spot on for a sophisticated beach feel. If you haven't been by Greg's website for a while he has new work including a fabulous redesign of a Point Piper home.
