Will anyone lend me a cool million?

Time to real estate stalk in my home town again. I love this townhouse in inner city New Farm. The T1 apartments are a complex of 9 designed by award winning architects Donovan Hill. I'm in love with this space. Just wish the real estate agent had included more pictures. I might just have to pretend to be a buyer so I can get a showing. It's a shame that prices are so outrageous here at the moment.

Ouch, for a townhome? It's beautiful, don't get me wrong. Is it with the furniture? I design real estate ads so i know how pricey things can get, but...?
Prices are out of control here Melissa. It does not include the furniture and I'm only sure that the price is a minimum price as that's what I typed in the search box. First home buyers here have been priced out of the market.
