Another British gem of a location home I came across via Shoot Factory. This 4 bedroom home has been restored whilst maintaining many of the original features. Check out come of those floorboards! Also loving the unpainted exposed ceiling beams and plaster walls. And that kitchen is a total dream. So much potential outdoors too. So lovely.
I am completely in love with this renovated 19th century apartment in Madrid. The original architectural details including exposed beams and brickwork alone have me about to pass out, let alone the fact that this space is furnished with a wonderful random assortment of antique/vintage pieces. That chandelier over the dining table is especially scrumptious. Ana Cabellos and Elisa Fernández of La Traviesa de Conde Duque worked some magic here. Via Nuevo Estilo.
Always a fan of a well executed rustic space. And given that I have yet to renovate the world's most annoying bathroom I am envious when I see things like outlets and counter space. This bathroom is dreamy. XOXO

I could not resist sharing just one more property available at Wilderness Reserve....because look how cute this cottage is!!! What a perfect setting for a little romantic honeymoon getaway. A dreamy thatched former forester's cottage for two, electricity-free, candlelit and set in woods overlooking its own meadow. In Hex Cottage, built in the Regency 'cottage orné' (or decorated cottage) style, an Esse wood-burning range in the kitchen provides all the hot water and heating, though there are open fires in the sitting room and bedroom. In the kitchen, think original bread ovens, brick floors and butler sinks. Swing open the door to discover your own herb garden, store for the all-important logs and wilderness beyond. In the bedroom, candles and a fairy-tale canopy above the king-size Hypnos bed set the scene.
