Cube House

Sometimes less is more. In this case it's not less house, but less detail. This is the Cube House by Marcio Kogan of StudioMK27. Amidst the lush grennery at the edge of the city sits this cube, and it needs no more. Indoor/outdoor living to take advantage of the views, the pool, the property. Less is definitively more. (P.S. Suite Arquitetos

Two cool, or should that be too cool, spaces by Brazilian firm Suite Arquitetos. A stylin' little apartment with a clever movable TV and a patio area with an amazing lighting system. The jury is still out on the astroturf :)

I think you will understand why.

Sunshine yellow

Combine a wall of bright yellow framed windows, an expansive view of a leafy green canopy and abundant light and this apartment renovation by São Paulo based AR ARQUITETOS would brighten anyone's day. A clever "wall of cubes" allows the light to penetrate further into the kitchen while providing much needed storage without heavy walls closing in the otherwise open plan public spaces. Living here would be sunshine yellow everyday!
