It's dark when I get home ...

... so pardon the flash. I glued a couple more last night. I'm going to do the major push this weekend (after I go to Pia's Brisbane book launch). I'm liking it more and more but it does need toning down a bit. Yes I am gluing it with PVA glue directly to the wall. I plan to leave this house in a pine box so it will be someone else's problem to remove it if they hate it :)
P.S. Need more coats on that skirting board. Told you I threw in the brush in frustration.

I know the post is all about your collage but I'm intrigued by the screen door! Is that a common style in Australia?

The screen door with the wiggles of metal if that is what you call them is the standard screen/security door here. I loath them. Don't know why but I always have .... and they are EVERYWHERE! Replacement will have to wait though. The actual back door, the white multi-pane aluminium door is not common. It matches the modern "old-style" sliding windows and doors in my breeze way area.
Kim I'm either going to whitewash very very lightly or maybe stain it down with a sepia effect wash after I have distressed it.
Katherine I got a lot further today until I fell off the ladder. Ouch! I'll try to take photos tomorrow but right now I'm going to lie down again because not only my arm hurts but my bottom too!
