Up under the eaves sits an urban pad just right for inner city single's living. Light streams into this warehouse conversion, bouncing off white walls and polished concrete floor. Small but not too bijou for entertaining with a weighted wall of glass and steel that opens up to the outdoor courtyard. For all you fellow Ottawans out there, it's coming up to Glebe House Tour time! The date is September 15th and details for tickets can be found here. I was asked to do some personal tours again so this morning I photographed Kathrin's "bohemian chic" home on First Ave. The tour is so much fun and I'll definitively be attending again this year. What's not to love about spending up to 3 hours poking around some fab homes in a fab neighbourhood?! (Check out homes from last year's tour here and here)
