Two years ago Johan Arvidson started a site called Styleroom where Swedes upload photos from their homes and share with others. They now have over 100,000 photos and have recently started sites in the US, the UKand Germany. TONS of inspiration and creativity...and below are a few photos I selected that caught my eye.

New at Castle

What's new at Castle? (Besides being a hit all over the blogosphere that is.) Rachel Castle just emailed me pics of her beautiful new pompom cushions. So yummy and velvety. The cushion images are high res so click to see just how scrumptious these beauties are. Too too many lovely linens available on her website! (P.S. Rachel I have a lust for that slip cover too!)

Inspiring workspaces

Last summer I blogged about a site I found called This Ain't No Disco (it's where we work), that invites agencies to send in photos of their spaces. I recently revisited the site and found more photos of workspaces that make me HATE the space I work in, that I swore I'd do something with and haven't yet.

Castle

WINKS returns next week but I couldn't wait to share one email from my inbox. Rachel Castle is the creative force behind Castle, beautiful bedlinen and embroidered artwork. Rachel and her extensive factory (her very patient mum) handcraft these beautiful pieces for the home. Castle loves crisp white cotton bedlinen, with a little bit of handprinted colour for sheets and pillowcases. It's crisp white coverlets with printed buttons tossed with yellow and charcoal, polka dots and flowers and a collection of lovingly handstitched one-off pieces on vintage French linen. It's fresh. It's fun. It's modern meets vintage with lashings of indie. It's so cute!

Notebook

Like Kim I've been flicking through the pages of magazines. My hunting spot is the newsagent just round the corner from my day job. Yesterday I was drawn to Notebook, an Aussie magazine that coves life, home, beauty and food. It's been a while since I picked one up and was really surprised. Oh no another magazine to add to my ever growing list! They have a great website. This is just one of the house galleries that caught my eye.
