I thought you all might appreciate some Hump Day eye candy. Gill Renlund has my favourite job in the whole world - interior stylist (and food stylist - OMG dream come true!!) and these spaces are magazine quality spaces because of his finishing touches. Lovely spaces - especially this first bedroom. The wall colour is divine.
Art Director. Prop & Interior Stylist. Genius. It was about time we featured the work of Brit Twig Hutchinson again. Her use of colour is masterful, her work powerful in its restraint.
Such sublime tones...these spaces are so a-glass-of-red-wine-and-a-really-old-battered-leather-bound-book. That living room is utterly divine. *GASP* Via Melanie Molesworth.
An interior stylist's life may not be glamorous, but it sure looks like a lot of fun! Melanie Molesworth gave life to these rustic spaces, and turned them into exquisite eye candy, destined to grace the pages of your favourite magazines.
I remember the first time I entered stylist Sibella Court's bijou shop of wonders The Society inc. in Paddington, Sydney. I was overwhelmed by her wonderful wares. I wanted to hide under a table and only crawl out again at closing time and pretend the Paddington terrace house was all mine to explore. Now my fantasies can come true. Sibella has opened a new warehouse in St Peters and the terrace house is available to rent on airbnb. "An imaginarium ... a quiet oasis offering the curious traveller a treasure trove of curiosities, artisan objects & furniture, a vast reference library ..." See. Dreams do come true.
