A home in Madrid
Here is another home by Spanish interior designer María Lladó. I adore the colour palette of burgundy, mustard/gold and black. Classy without being too brash.

Here is another home by Spanish interior designer María Lladó. I adore the colour palette of burgundy, mustard/gold and black. Classy without being too brash.
This space designed by new new interior designer crush María Lladó is fairly typical of her usual style of mostly white walls, bold colour accents and vintage furnishings, but with this home (a "tower" in Putxet, Barcelona) she upped the glam factor. Lots of crystal chandeliers, arched doorways, a massive frame as a head board and venetian mirrors take the home to a new level. Dreamy.
As I mentioned yesterday, I am a new fan of Spanish interior designer María Lladó. She seems to love jewel tone colours mostly on accent walls and in accessories, and she brings together such a variety of styles of furniture (most of which looks vintage). In the end her spaces seem effortless, fun and casual. She makes me forget how much I love neutral decor. :)
I found this gorgeous vacation home located in Cantábrico (northern Spain) and fell in love. It's just the right amount of funky vintage furniture, doses of bold colour against white walls, and WOW do I love the tile floor in the kitchen! The interior designer is María Lladó, and I have got to blog her this week as I am her new biggest fan. Via Nuevo Estilo.
I absolutely love this house. Every bit of it. This completely renovated home, located in Barcelona, was designed by Egue y Seta. Original wooden beams were restored, and the kitchen (LOVE!) now expands 1/3 of the ground floor. I am totally enamoured with the tumbling block patterned tile that is used throughout the majority of the home - and don't get me started on the tiny hexagon tiles. L O V E !!!!!! (via Micasa)
