It sits like three boatsheds close to the beach. Walls and windows lift and open, close and slide allowing the outside in and its occupants to reconfigure the space to suit. There is something about a house that lets the view do the talking. A beautiful, black box sits lightly on the steep block. Interiors are kept simple yet stylish.
