I had to share another to-die-for home designed by the talented folks of cityhomeCOLLECTIVE. Modern and a bit mid-century, with black and brass accents to add some drama and wood to keep things warm. I want that kitchen soooo badly, but I would settle for the rug in the space above.
As seen in my last post on designer Jenn Feldman's style, this talented lady and her team seem to have a thing for bold, modern art in modern settings. This new Palm Springs project is yet another example of this. It is bold and makes a real statement. I must point out that I am totally crushing on that banquette dining area.
This newly renovated home in the Roncesvalles/High Park neighbourhood of Toronto is an absolutely gorgeous example of taking an old home and making it modern and functional. That huge painting in the dining room is a perfect dose of colour and whimsy, and I am dying over the black steel windows - especially the ones over the kitchen sink. I would fill that ledge with allllll the plants. :) By Pivot Design.
Dream house alert!!! A mix of old and new architecture with modern and vintage furnishings is pretty much my ideal situation. Add in a picturesque country setting and I can have my bags and cats packed up in 5 minutes. This location home outside London is available through Shoot Factory, and I could not be more smitten.
This California home by RailiCA design is a trendy take on modern farmhouse style. You've got some modern graphic tile, statement murals, rustic and industrial elements all joined together for a really fun and inviting vibe. HELLO!!!
