double g double take part 1

Why has it taken me years to revisit the portfolio of Parisian architects Flora de Gastines & Anne Geistdoerfer of double g? It's time to redress my omission. I have fallen for their Saint George 3 apartment. Yes the clients have an amazing art collection. Yes the building has impressive bones. But yes there is something so chic, so sophisticated, so effortless, so French about this home.

A black and white apartment in Lyon

Those doyens of dark, wizards of white, masters of all things French chic, Pierre Emmanuel Martin and Stéphane Garotin of Maison Hand have held us in thrall for many years. Kim and I love anything they create. The only niggle is whether we like their black décor more than their white décor. Perhaps we could settle on a little bit of both.
