Calio Interiors + Design

Francisco Calio of São Paulo, Brazil based design firm Calio Interiors + Design is about as bold as they come. Pattern, colours, textures, modern furnishings and bold graphic artwork joined together make for some very high impact spaces. Lots of personality and energy. Spaces within the open plan room are defined by ceiling heights and furniture groupings while layers of texture prevent the whole from being sterile. Moody, masculine, urban, polished, Brazilian. Itacolomi Apartment 445 by São Paulo-based architect Diego Revollo.

Courtyard apartment

There is something about Brazilian design. Fresh, young, a little bit cheeky, accessible but definitely not cookie cutter. Love the transition of the floor treatments between kitchen and living room and the touches of retro. Apartamento do Pátio in São Paulo by Felipe Hess.
