Los Feliz style
Love the vibe in this home designed by L.A. based designer Barbie Palomino. Some dark paint choices make it moody, with furnishings that give it a groovy, mid-century feel. I dig all of this.

I am hopelessly in love with this 110m² apartment in Paris' 9th arrondissement. It makes me desperately want to collect some beni ourain rugs (that I've been avoiding forever because they don't mix well with cat barf), hang a black shag rug on a wall, get husband to build some built-ins and paint them a bold colour, paint a tree mural, get another cat but this time a black and white that's floofy, have some steel and glass walls built somewhere for something.... Kim has sung the praises of Géraldine Prieur of Rouge Absolu before and I just had to share a few more of her intense colour schemes. Brave, bold and brilliant. (If you check Kim's post you'll notice that the first pink room was once eau de nil and purple. I'm torn but I think I like this pink version better.)
A fun, youthful and sun-filled vibe is happening in this Park Slope brownstone designed by Lauren Wills of Wills Design Associates. Furntiure that is eclectic and comfortable makes for a perfect family-friendly home.
A dose of earthy glamour to finish off the day. One of these days I need to try a grasscloth wallpaper - it adds so much warmth and texture to a space. Beautiful mix of blue and pink in this living and dining rooms in Sherman Oaks, CA by Jessica of Glamour Nest.
