I am totally in love with the home of London interior designer Tiffany Duggan of Studio Duggan. Recently renovated, this Edwardian townhouse is filled with an eclectic blend of styles, textures and patterns. Lots of bold art work and wall colour choices make this eclectic home an absolute treasure.

A home in Portland by Bright Designlab

Loving this mid-century vibe Portland home designed by Bright Designlab. A newlywed couple, came to us having just purchased their home in NE Portland: a completely modernized, traditional Portland home. The scope of the project was to fully furnish the spaces and make their new nest livable, functional; reflecting the couple's undeniable charismatic personality... with room to grow. The shingled home is three stories tall (now with renovated attic floor), and very light, bright, and open, with traditional moldings and details. Bright Designlab pulled together a selection of classic pieces along with handcrafted, vintage and custom furniture to complement.

Working on a Saturday

You know how I feel about working on a weekend by now. If you have to drag yourself then it helps if it's somewhere stylish. I would be more than happy to be an employee or a customer in today's workspace. Nail Shop 1.0 by Crosby Studios.

A bright mid-century home

Bright and mid-century - a winning combination! Brio Interior Design transformed this young globe trotting couple's first house together from a dated fixer-upper to a bright, open and modern mid-century home. Located in Bellevue, WA, the 1960's house came with drab finishes and an awkward kitchen layout with two flanking dining rooms. Brio reworked the floor plan eliminating walls and extending the kitchen into one of the dining spaces. The result is an airy, expansive layout that seamlessly connects the living room, kitchen, and dining room. All new finishes were selected and combined with family heirloom pieces such as the freshly re-upholstered mid-century dining set and grandma's stunning onyx cocktail table. Paired with art and textiles from travels abroad and the husband's time in the Peace Corps, the living space feels collected yet paired down, leaving room for the couple to further leave their imprint on the home in the years to come. The neutral palette combined with warm accents like brass, wood and global textiles results in a fresh, inviting, well traveled space. Photos: Haris Kenjar

A New York farmhouse by Kara Mann

Kara Mann - always a bit ballsy, and bit dramatic, a bit of glam...even when designing a farmhouse. A little something unexpected here and there that always catches my eye and makes me admire her style that much more. She painted the beautiful floorboards in the kitchen black, and to that I say HELLS YEAH!!!
