This home designed by British designer Ben Pentreath makes me want to sit on a chesterfield, drink tea from a teacup while nibbling on scones and watching Coronation Street. So quintessential British. (Jo featured Ben's gorgeous former flat here)

"This house for sale in Oslo caught my eye the other day, partly because the interior was so flippin cool, but mainly because this architectural style is quite rare in Norway. As in: extremely rare. There are only a few of these “garden towns” as they are called, and this house in particular is a part of the oldest garden town in Oslo – Arctander town. It was named after the mayor of Oslo, Sofus Arctander, who commissioned the building of these houses in 1907. Like I said, they are rare and they are never up for sale. Imagine my surprise when I saw this gem from 1911 on sale the other day. Well worth a look!"

Another wonderfully styled apartment by London firm Honky.
What a fun apartment this is! It is a 2 bedroom show apartment that was designed by London interior design and architecture firm Honky. It is quite 'New York' themed but for a show apartment, I think it is perfectly suited to attract urban dwellers. White painted brick, lots of graphic elements and industrial touches all add to the modern look.
