Stalking leftovers

I'm very finicky when it comes to my virtual real estate stalking. Fussy, particular, choosy, picky and hard to please. Not quite right, bad photos, more photos please, can't quite put my finger on it listings but all with something that has me nodding "yes". Here is my almost made it shortlist for the week. It includes an over the top black and white cliché but OMG it's all about location, location, a kiln ... yes a kiln with chimney stacks in the living room and a second bedroom that's not really a second bedroom. The first photo makes my imagination tuck right in! I can picture friends, family, laughter, moving furniture around for impromptu occasions... Living small gives me inspiration!
The mixing of patterns is so fab! And those color schemes, WOW! Love all of it.
