Nice. It harks back to the halcyon days of high WASP society decorating รก la Billy Baldwin, but with invigorating contemporary touches. The antique benches and occasional industrial flourishes are inspired.

Wow, can't believe how she's transformed Kelly Wearstler's old property. I worked on that space while interning for her and have to applaud Kathleen's eye for restraint. Once completely maximalist I love how she's kept the space feeling very comfortable and inviting with minimal design. So glad she saved that tree- one of my FAVE features! Bravo!

totally agree, these are exquisite designs. it is a little easier to practice "restraint" when a room's footprint is so large. great job, though. stunning.

Gorgeous. I particularly love that living room with the tree (!) and the dining room.
