To let ....

Looking for somewhere to rent? London, SE1 not too far from the Tate Modern, the Old Vic and the Young Vic. Walk to the city via the Millennium Bridge.

"This impeccably restored one-bedroom loft apartment with roof terrace is situated in the historic Ragged School, close to Borough Market. Set over two floors, the flat has all of the characteristics of a classic loft, including exposed brickwork, vaulted wooden ceilings and massive warehouse windows. Styled and furnished by the renowned photographer and stylist Zanna, it is in our opinion one of the most atmospheric apartments in central London."

Amazing building, amazing space, amazing fit out. Industrial, rustic, quirky and fabulous. Furnished or unfurnished. (Furnished please .... love the old shop fittings and the wall of old cupboards gives me goosebumps.) Available immediately. I'd move in in a heart beat but I can't afford the rent. £2,924 pcm / £675 pw. If you rent it can I sleep on the couch?

As a font nerd, I love all the typography, especially the Hardings' bench!

There is nothing better, than exposed old wood in the house. I love it :)

Oh dear. This is perfection. Looks like a set of a film about a bunch of uber-cool 20-somethings living out their dreams in London.

"Impeccably restored" is right! This is an amazing space. The wall of cabinetry is so attractive and the kitchen is definitely unique (although I would probably hate to do dishes in that sink). And of course I would love a massive white armoire like the one in the bedroom. So lovely!

I.AM.SPEECHLESS!! This is heaven!! Though I´d probably ditch the bed and NOT enjoy `going´ on that toilet..

Everyone has caught everything else, so I'll just say -- okay, I've NEVER seen a toilet set-up quite like that!

Oh my god you are killing me with this. If they let you sleep on the couch maybe they'll let me sleep... on the table? I think I'd fit.

You make me want to up and move every time you show these wonderful homes for rent or sale. I love looking into other people's homes. Thanks for the beautiful pictures.

Wow, what a cool set up. Full of furniture with traditional lines, yet modern in spirit. Slightly on the too rough side, a few aged/rustic items would be nice, but with everything showing heavy wear and no rugs, it's abit much. A good polish on those hard floors would do wonders for this amazing place. (Love those bright yellow dining chairs!)
