Smith Boyd Interiors

Beauty rich and lush, luxury layered upon luxury. High end interior design. Aspirational or inspirational. Fresh colour palettes work mix it up with references of past design genres. Fashion background means rooms are well dressed, a well tailored elegance. Rooms by Michel Boyd of Smith Boyd Interiors. There is always a place in my heart for the luxe.

That's the first time I've seen a deco scheme that could deal with the horror of old-style panelled walls. Minus half the mirrors behind the headboard, of course, but still - it works. I'd like to see how they deal with a 1950's panelled living room! And I love how, despite the overcrowding of furniture and bric-a-brac, most of the rooms are stylishly liveable without getting funky.

Those 2 large canvas pieces above the blue couch are stunning! I would love to know who the artist is.
