Thank goodness that week is over

What a week! I never want to go through one like it again! I had quite a health scare this week that included urgent CT scans, enough blood tests to turn me into a pincushion and a nervous wait for results. Good news and not so good news. Good news is it is not the worse case scenario. Not so good news is it is still serious but I have Doctor Gorgeous (how unprofessional of me but hubba hubba) working hard to get me well. Pills, rest, no stress and lifestyle changes ... goodie! So please forgive me if this is a quickie stalking post before heading back to bed. I know I could get some much needed rest in this beach house at Avalon, Sydney. Not quite my style but enough gorgeous knick knacks to calmly rearrange. I find rearranging almost zen like. Maybe the good doctor makes house calls. No? I guess I am supposed to rest.

That doesn't sound good at all. You don't know me from a slice of watermelon and a few comments here and there, but if a stay in a beach house overlooking the sea would in any way help, you're more than welcome to borrow ours. It's 3 hours north of Sydney. Srsly.

Here's to feeling better! I'm so glad you've got some good people looking after you. I can see why you posted these images; I can just picture myself curling up in one of those rooms with a book and a cup of tea. I am loving all of the wood tables.

Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Feel better pretty lady and sending good thoughts toward your way.

Refuse to be ill. Never tell people you are ill; never own it to yourself. Illness is one of those things which a man should resist on principle.

Fond wishes that you are healthy, happy and back on your feet soon. De-stressing one's life is something we ALL should do!

Rest! When you want tea, just ring for the maid.

Seriously, a bit more domestic help solves all sorts of problems...
