Stalking on a Friday

TGIF! Oh what a week. Definitely not one I'd like to repeat. Thank goodness for online real estate stalking to take my mind off icky illness and mounting piles of work. In my imagination I'm opening the front door of this Balmain terrace in Sydney, dropping my keys in the bowl and making a bee line to the fridge for a cold glass of white wine. I'll turn, take in the calm of my home and sigh. My imaginary life is so lovely!

OMG! I know this place ... I'm a Balmain girl living in London and when I saw it... my jaw dropped!
It's lovely ... especially the study overlooking the harbour... you really couldn't do any work with that view!

Thanks for sharing.

I agree - TGIF and TG for real estate stalking :) Talking about stalking, take a look at my post about Jennifer Anistons newly renovated residence! Some times you just have to dream away...

Have a wonderful weekend with lots of ♥ ♥ ♥.

Good heavens, now I know why I stay away from real estate sites...I'd never get any work done! Not that I get a whole lot done as it is, but still. Might just have to make my way over to Balmain this weekend...

I grew up in Balmain and completely love the suburb - it is filled with gorgeous Victorian terraces like this one, which is amazing! Someday I want to move back there; being right on the water is a such a fantastic lifestyle.

This is gorgeous. Simple and serene. This should put Candice, Justin and Colin to shame. Less is more. Edit and refine.

The Ed Hardy pillow ruined it all. Automatic douche stamp.

Oh I LOVE everything about that study area. One thing with the big opening windows though - what about the bugs?!?! I'd love to install some huge opening windows like that, or big bi-fold doors out to the patio area but ohhhh, the bugs! (I'm south of Brisbane = bug central.) I think I'd end up with a house full of fairywrens too!
