spotted moth and some other stuff

A couple of weeks ago I came across an online shop called Spotted Moth and found a bunch of cute stuff that I ended up buying. I got 6 pieces for just under $200!
But first, I picked up a fluoro yellow hoodie and matching nail polish at American Apparel last weekend. LOVE the hoodie but the polish had terrible consistency. (Worn with my Jeffrey Campbell Everest platforms and Gap cut-offs.

First up from Spotted Moth is the Nature vs. Nurture Clutch in Black. I adore anything with studs. This is now my favourite purse. (Was $36.99)

I wore the next outfit to work yesterday. I was dying for a maxi skirt and found one at Spotted Moth for $34.99. It's ridiculously comfy. Was also on the lookout for a cool denim shirt, and they had a funky faded one for $38.99.

Since I am a big fan of polka dots and need more in my wardrobe, I picked out a really cute cream and black polka dot blouse for $39.99. Love it! Of course, I had to slip on my Jeffrey Campbell El Carmen platforms with it (and some old Urban Outfitter capris).

I am seriously lacking in the shorts department so I grabbed a neat black and cream pair that I can easily wear to work ($24.99). The vest is from my last trip to Puerto Vallarta and the belt I also snagged at Spotted Moth for $18.99 (I'm wearing it backwards in this photo because the front of it is boring). Shoes are Nine West.

And before I put my camera equipment away, I remembered I have a dress that I was dying to try on with my El Carmens. I bought this dress last summer (one of only a couple dresses I own) and have yet to wear it out. It's the cutest babydoll dress. Love it with my polka dot platforms.

And speaking of Jeffrey Campbell shoes, I also snapped a photo of my current Jeffrey Campbell shoe collection (I've got my eye on a couple pairs and am trying hard not to give in and buy them...)

(Everest, Milton, Snick Fringe, Suebee, Franklin, El Carmen and Pixie)

KIM! I subscribe to your blog, and I have to tell you.... You have me addicted to JC shoes!
I want to say thank you thank you thank you....
I've been dream online shopping** for JC's for 2 months, and I think I have chosen my pair.(Foxy Platform, Canvas?)
I felt like you should know that because you were my shoe-spiration.
Like Skywalker would tell Yoda if he kicked Storm Trooper butt, right?

**dream online shopping.... where you fill your basket and never check out because you're a poor art kid. And Credit Cards are for grown-ups and rich people.

:-)
I was thankfully blessed with reasonably thin legs. Now if only my midsection had been equally blessed....
(Susan, that dress was purchased on our last trip to PEI so you could have bought your own!)
