We have a new property!

Ha! It's a self storage shed we are renting until a house drops from the sky into our lap. I keep finding things that I just have to have and we have no more space at home. (There is a slight development on a house but I'm not saying more. Even now I know I have jinxed it!) What did I find this week? (Thanks to my main spy Ron!)  A 60 drawer card file. Happy dance, happy dance. (The photos had to be taken with a flash because there are no lights inside the storage sheds.) Bottom row of drawers needs work so they are at home waiting with all my other projects. This is bound for my studio/office space in my dream house ... or whatever house comes my way.

Where, where, where did you find this?! I LOVE it! I want it! I NEED it! I would paint it white (no surprise there) but I also like it just as it is.

OMG I hate you!!!! You find the most incredible things there. This cabinet looks huge. You better hope the house you end up with is on the larger size. :)

These are fantastic, although I must say I thought the metal map drawers are pretty great too. At the Wac there is a lovely dealer called Lisa whose business is called Industrial Revolution, she also has space at Paddington and in the Garden Centre where I am at East Brisbane.(You may already know her stuff cause it is pretty wonderful). She has a set of thin file drawers at the WAC at the moment sort of narrow map style drawers, anyway they have the most beautiful metal detailed handles ...ahh so lovely when I walked in there the other day I emediatly thought OMG Jo would love them!! If you guys ever get a day off from work and house hunting you can add Industrial Rev, to the list of things to check out, cheers lovelies, Katherine PS fingers and toes crossed for the house!

Ooh Ooh Hello Loverboy! You flirty little piece of furniture, you.

I like how your storage unit has storage pieces in it, like a doll who also has her own dolly.

Happy dance indeed....that is such a fantastic find, I can't even believe it. Oh so jealous....

Still doing a happy dance :) If I reveal my secret sources I will have to kill you all but Katherine you are one of them! I have seen Lisa's pieces and I have to work straight past them with my eyes covered or I would be tempted to buy them all. Things look slightly better on the house front but ....urgh I've probably jinxed it again.
