Electric light loft

An old electric light station building is a perfect stage for this light infused loft. Luxe against rough, walls of books, tribal meets texture, industrial softened with fine fabrics, soaring ceilings and that light, that beautiful light. I have serious work place eny. I love this house

This cold I have is knocking me on my ass, especially now that I am into the drippy nose/sinus ache stage so before I head back to bed I will simply leave you with this fantastic home I found on CITIZENS OF THE WORLD. It is that of Vicki Lee, artist and founder of a beautifully curated homewares shop TheTwentyTwo, and it reminds me how much I would love to live in a climate where one can easily enjoy the outdoors with lots of large windows and sliding doors. A renovated Park Slope brownstone

And here I thought my new home had lots of beautiful architectural detail. This Park Slope, NY brownstone renovated by Abelow Sherman Architects has incredible panelling, moldings, stained glass and inlaid hardwood flooring at every turn. I am a bit sad that every single bit of woodwork has been painted (and white, blah). Yes folks, I have turned into ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE! (LOL)

Stalking wee white

Small and white, clean and bright .... ooops that's a couple of lines from the song Edelweiss but if they truly applied to this Woollahra, Sydney garden apartment you'd have to include stylish, layered, textured and sold. Too late with this stalking I fear. Link here while it lasts.
