Continuing on from yesterday morning's classy Italian apartment is this totally sexy apartment also by architecture and interior design firm Quincoces-Dragò & Partners. Complete with bondage chairs. European minimalism to envy.
I dream about moving to a European city and living in an apartment with original details, herringbone floors and really tall windows and the decor would be sparse and vintage. It would look exactly like this. Funny how this space gives off more of a "broke student" vibe if it were in North America. Amiright? By Milan architecture and design firm Quincoces-Dragò & Partners.
New from Sydney-based design duo Christopher Glanville and Megan Burns of CM Studio the Paddington Project builds on the success of their Cross Street project. Known for their elegant, liveable, modern spaces the studio has partnered with leading Australian furniture retailer Living Edge to create the Paddington Project, a quintessential Sydney terrace renovated with sophisticated minimalist interiors and styling. Additional collaborators include Sydney Florist Doctor Cooper whose floral arrangements will adorn some events throughout the project and Sebastian Goldspink who has curated a collection of contemporary Sydney artists to be represented in the space. The building in the old quarter of the port city of Jaffa, Israel is hundreds of years old but the living spaces are modern and minimalist. Much of the character had been removed by previous owners so architect Pitsou Kedem striped the walls and ceilings back to the beautiful, ancient stone before combining old with new. All with the spartan aesthetic common to the simple stone dwelling and the now minimalist modern interiors.
