Shoot Factory continues to captivate me with their awesome selection of location properties. This 4 story Victorian terraced townhome was extended and remodelled and is filled with fantastic midcentury/vintage furnishings making it randomly eclectic which always wins me over. Sundays are for naps, catching up on todo lists, and a good dose of eye candy. This location home in Primrose Hill, London is epic and definite eye candy. 16,500 sq ft of gorgeous architecture and decor and includes a private courtyard, event space, pool, gym, music room and cinema. The kitchen is killer, and the bathroom with brass light fixtures is going in my inspiration folder. Via jj Locations.
It is the last weekend before Christmas and I have a million and one things I need to get done today because my holidays don't start until Christmas Day. To avoid a panic, I am attempting to lose myself in this gorgeous period home located in the UK and available as a location home via Light Locations. A random mix of decor styles, it is clear this is a home whose stunning architecture (and large spaces) lend itself to anything you can throw at it. I really wish though that someone had of put a bit more thought into the lighting. I am over bare bulbs and some more sparkly chandeliers (or anything else) would have been stunning here.
"Why, oh why, have two dining tables so close to each other?" we hear readers lament on occasion on the blog. "It's a bit pretentious." "They will never use them." "It's all for show." Well not in this kitchen. They're for table tennis. (And large dinner parties and for the 14 children they have. Just kidding.) Wonderful kitchen. I knew it was familiar. I knew I'd seen it before. Not the living area. No, turn around. It's the kitchen. And that table. And those windows, those glorious windows. We all love clicking through the listings on our favourite location sites. It's a bit like real estate stalking. I'd never seen a house before that I recognised though until I saw this place. They filmed Jamie's 30-Minute Meals here. I must confess that my attention was only half given over to Jamie Oliver's cooking whenever I watched the program.
