Flamant is a home decor company with shops in Belgium, France, Germany and Italy. They have done some residential interior design projects that are classic, country, Gustavian with bits of modern vintage and contemporary thrown in for good measure. Love the neutral colours, and completely head over heels for the the tiles above.
My 4 day Easter weekend is crazy busy. I have a shop fit out to complete and a second one to start. Teasers I know but hopefully I can reveal more soon. Please forgive me if I just share lots of lovely pictures over the next few days and very few words. None in fact except for the link. You only come here for the pictures anyway. You know it :)
I know I have featured a video on Trelawney Farm by Urban Splash before (see it here) but I couldn't resist sharing still shots of this gorgeous holiday house set on 25 acres in Mudgee, NSW. Vintage meets country meets super stylish and fun. A great getaway destination.
While googling country kitchens (I have a hankering for simple, clean Shaker style lines in my hopefully soon to be renovated kitchen) I stumbled upon British bespoke kitchen designers deVOL. Beautiful freestanding kitchen furniture ... islands, cabinets, butcher's blocks, shelves and more. I love the display kitchens they have installed in Cotes Mill, the historic 16th century listed water mill that is their showroom. That's if you can call such an amazing building a "showroom".
I recently stumbled upon the portfolio of Parisian interior designer Sarah Lavoine and was completely blown away. Her spaces are contemporary, eclectic, modern, sometimes poppin' with colour, sometimes neutral, but alway relatively simple but with high impact. The following country home she designed is absolutely stunning, and unlike like any country home I have ever seen. It appears to be HUGE, and room after room is intriguing at each turn and decorated to perfection. I am so smitten I plan to feature another of her projects later today.
