A kitchen and bathroom renovation

Buenos Aires based architect Maria Eugenia Carranza of Estudio Carranza emailed us about a couple of her latest projects. This kitchen and bathroom renovation was my favourite. Any kitchen with a black floor and white subway tile with dark grout is going to win me over. Throw in a bathroom with beautiful, bold floral wallpaper and I am left shouting YES! YES! YES! followed by a fist pump.

Dark bathing beauties from the Danish masters of minimalism Norm.Architects. The en-suite bathroom in this old townhouse in Copenhagen features concrete, dark porcelain tiles and customised bronzed fixtures while family bathroom continues the dark, cave-like luxury.

Another gorgeous stunner of a kitchen. I am especially smitten with the pendant lights - anyone know who makes them?

Not sure why I love this sink setup so much. I think black faucets and hardware make everything better.

A master suite by Gisele Taranto

This master suite is what Gisele Taranto came up with for Casa Cor 2013. The space was designed for a couple who value intimacy and privacy, and is therefore TV-less! It brings together the indoors and outdoors with floor to ceiling glass dorrs between the bedroom and terrace, and a skylight above the shower area. This is a dreamy bedroom suite, whose bathroom alone is larger than my bedroom. *sigh* (More of Gisele's work can be found here and here)

More beach

In keeping with my beach theme for today, and because last night I booked my annual flight to Puerto Vallarta to get my arse to a beach instead of knee-deep in snow, here is another glimpse into a Chango & Co. project.
