Stalking leftovers

Yes I admit it. I'm still stalking real estate listings looking for knockout homes. I admit that I'm not in the market for a new house. I'm just a voyeur, I have to know what's going on behind the curtains, what we in Australia call a "sticky beak". There is one problem though. I'm fussy. Not quite right, love the bones but ditch the furniture, bad photos, I need more photos please! Can't quite put my finger on it listings with something that has me nodding "yes". This week there are new builds and old house renovations, family homes and inner city pads, There is even a tiny cottage where it's more about the street than the house. Working on a Saturday

The public areas are sophisticated and tailored but it's the work areas with their lighter, brighter palette and walls of creepers that would have me coming in happily on my days off. Stalking Barbie's Melbourne house

OK so the house actually was renovated by fashion designer Alannah Hill but Barbie could move right in. Perfect pink, flowery, frou-frou fabulousness ... and did I mention pink?  Link here while it lasts.

Working on a Saturday

It's like I say week after week. If you have to drag yourself into work on a weekend it helps if it's somewhere stylish and if you're your own boss in your own small business and use coworking spaces then even better! After all it makes little difference complaining to the boss about working conditions if the boss is you. WeWork in Sydney designed by TomMarkHenry.
