David Scott
One of the talented designers at the Hampton Designer Showhouse this year and whose work has is featured in the previous post is David Scott. Equally at home with traditional style as well as midcentury, modern, eclectic and my favourite the "OTT showhouse style", David "designs visually stimulating, yet highly functional interiors that gracefully meld practical architecture with unique design, naturally maintaining each project’s connection to the client". Love the details and the sense of drama in these rooms.

Francis Smith
Welcome to the talent that is Francis Smith, photographer. His is an awesome portfolio and an equally impressive client list. A Vasser graduate his artistic studies have translated easily to his photographic work. These photos are from the 2007 Hampton Designer Showhouse. These incredible rooms by some of America's leading interior designers and decorators have been captured in all their vibrancy by Francis and his camera. Takes a strong photographer to take great photos of strong rooms.

Deborah Whitlaw LLewellyn
Deborah Whitlaw LLewellyn is a wonderful photographer who has really beautiful interiors in her portfolio. I love that she photographs the rooms with the focal point at an angle. It gives the photos life and dimension. You feel as if you are there. These are my favourites.

Another Paddington on a couch
Thanks to Georgina for sending in the following photo of her "God only knows what" terrier mix, also named Paddington, and Banjo, her other terrier mix. While I'm on the subject of pets, I'm anxious to mix things up a bit and have readers send in photos of pets, other than dogs, on furniture. Dogs are more than welcome of course, but since I have a slew of cats I'd love to see some cat photos or whatever else you all share your homes with.
