So...it's cold. (Not mad about it!) Like, so chilly I considered turning on the heat this morning. I can't bring myself to do that so early in September, but I did have to close the front door. And when I did that, the loss of light made it feel reaaaaallllly cramped in here. I missed my wide open living room, so the couch went back over here for now. And I'm LOVING it. I felt stuck with this floor plan for a long time, so it's nice to know I have at least one other option. I'M BACK! Like an idiot, I managed to lose my phone whilst on the camping portion of our road trip (thankfully handed in, but not reached me yet), so I've been completely off grid for 2 weeks. I kinda enjoyed it. I am very pleased to be back on insta though, I missed you. And I missed this little dude too. Can I start #myhouseinseptember on Day 6?…. Tbh, I’ve been more than a bit distracted by our new puppy, (sat here snoozing in his usual place on the sofa!) He’s a monkey, clearly the sofa is way more comfy than his super snuggly, deluxe doggy bed??!! I’m doing everything wrong I think and he’s being spoilt rotten, but he’s very affectionate and not at all yappy, so I shouldn’t moan. When people said, having a puppy is like having a baby they honestly weren’t kidding. Anyway, it’s Monochrome today on #myhouseinseptember, so a good day for me to get stuck back in. I'm missing all my lovely monochrome rugs and hides, but until someone is toilet trained, I have no hope of bringing them back into the kitchen ☹️
