This is very interesting. However books on floor level wouldn't suit me very well. But at least the spines face out!
I love the division of public and private space delineated by colour, the repetition of vertical elements and crisp corners, the use of standard tiles in interesting patterns. The banquette back as a division from the living space is done beautifully and the built-ins and storage space underneath for books or baskets, or whatever.... my heart quickened as I scrolled through the images. I will definitely be looking to Wrightson Stewart for inspiration,thanks for the great work Jo, as always.
Beautiful! It feels refreshing and homey. I like the amount of natural light coming in, you can probably save a lot from electricity consumption.
