Actually thanks to the low ceilings, the simple windows, the smallish rooms and the arched doorways, my first thought was that this a 1980s Australian tract house, not a Belgian home.
The good news is that these design ideas would translate well into said 1980s Australian tract house.
I'm pretty sure this is the house of my dreams. Kind of Goldilocks-just-right.
Tout est parfait. Right down to that great dining room and settee. I can start packing right away..
