What? More stalking?

There are a few questionable design choices (eg a powder room which opens onto the dining room might put one's guests off their organic quinoa, and how long before you walk past the foot of your bed and get third degree burns?) but overall it's a lovely collection of spaces.
Some pretty details. I like the pool. I suppose its past as an industrial building is why there are no windows in the bedrooms and the need for the central skylight. But I wouldn't want to open the bedroom like that in order to have some sun.
On the other hand, wouldn't a skylight (and the walls of windows) be terribly hot in Australia? It would be unbearable in summer where I live.
Love, love, love that you are back to stalking, amazing property however too open for me to live in.
Interesting home and garden
Love that this is different yet beautiful. The bedrooms can be closed off - there are solid sliders which are photographed open. The ground floor powder room door is under the stairs and not directly off the very large living room. This location would get sea breezes in summer. Probably need $4-$5 million to buy this one.
