Stalking a loggia

I'm stalking a 1920's Hollywood-style Spanish Mission residence in Melbourne's exclusive suburb of South Yarra. Although there are a few things I would change here and there I am smitten by the loggia, the art, those ceilings and the grounds. Do watch the video. It makes the house look so much better. Somewhere in Australia, a very wealthy buyer with Irritable Bowel Syndrome is looking at those eight different toilets and shouting, "Hallelujah!"
I was going to say everything here is gorgeous except the bedroom, which looks like a hotel room. But then Blanders made me snort my coffee.
Can any tell me who the manufacturer of the chandeliers in the kitchen and dining area is? I'd love to have one of these if they are in any way affordable...
