Stalking a quick six
You know I love real estate stalking and I really love this time of year. As the weather warms up in Australia it's almost time for the Spring home buying frenzy. More properties to stalk! From a stylish inner-city apartment to waterfront homes with views to die for here are my current favs. (Click on the pictures to go to the listing. All via realestate.com.au.)

Thanks Jo
What a great bunch, I could happily move into anyone one of these.
That apartment in Alexandria is hilarious - not so much a home for sale as a pretentious art installation. It's probably a good thing I'm not there to view it...
Me: Is this the master bedroom?
Agent: Please don't use that slave term - it's very triggering. In any case, this is the narcissium, where one looks into the sole mirror and contemplates one's own enigma.
Me: The food preparation areas in this kitchen aren't very big.
Agent: This apartment doesn't have "food preparation areas". Food is bourgeois construct. Those are vessel placement spaces.
Me: And, um, there don't appear to be any windows in the two remaining bedrooms.
Agent: This is Sydney. $1.65 million doesn't cover "windows".
I know that pools need safety measures--ours has a cover that locks--but that glass wall seems way too close to the edge--you can't get out on that side. I don't get it.
And the comment from Blanders made my morning!
