Stalking a mullet

What's that saying about a mullet hair cut? All business up the front and party out the back. I'm stalking a charming old house in Elsternwick, Melbourne with a thoroughly modern extension. I love how the original facade maintains the existing streetscape but the family can express their design personality loud and proud just behind. Link here while it lasts.

Wow that is the biggest shower I have ever seen. Wouldn't want any peeping toms in the neighbourhood.

This is exquisite - the art collection is wonderful, the furnishings are great, and the layout is absolutely flawless.

I also respect anyone who prioritises art in the kitchen over yet more cabinets.

They do this a lot in Australia, don't they--traditional house with ultra-modern addition in the back. Kind of lets one have their cake and eat it too. Why not? I like both and have a hard time to choose myself.
That wood ceiling is exquisite.

Love the art work here too, and as noted the art in the kitchen is a treat. I think I would just get cold in that huge shower, especially as it is in Melbourne. ;0)

Love it, fabulously done. So many details and quality finishes - I'm not usually a fan of timber benchtops but I love the way they've turned it up to form a large sill behind the sink. Great backyard as well - I've coveted that Basil Bangs umbrella for about 3 years now!
