A rustic and modern bathroom
Magda of Euro Style Interior Design based in Chicago sent along some photos of a bathroom design she recently completed and it is stunning! Such incredible, warm textures. The scoop: My clients wanted to create a bathroom where they can relax after long work hours. Where they can spend time together and enjoy soaking tub time. This design includes rustic and modern elements mixed together, what brings interest to this bathroom. Focal wall of the bathroom is the definitely free standing tub with beautiful wood tiles behind. Bathroom vanity is custom made and designed in collaboration with the client to accomodate their needs.

Magda didn't provide any but I'll ask her if she wouldn't mind leaving them in the comments.
Sue, wood tiles are from floor & decor, tub is from Signature hardware and the barn doors are custom made by Rafal Home Improvement. Please let me know if you have any more questions.
I love the rustic/modern feel. Can you please tell me who majes the tub filler, shower and faucets? What is the finish? Thanks so much!
Hi Odette, tub filler is from Signature Hardware, model numer 908200. Shower faucets are from Home Depot, I don't have exact item number, but they have plenty of those. All faucets are oil rubbed bronze finish.
Beautiful! Love the pebble floor.
What are the dimensions on that shower area? Trying to understand the size. Thanks. Awesome design
Hi Paul, shower area together with the tub i 7' x 7'sqaure. Tub is 3' wide so it leaves 4' space for shower itself. I hope that helps.
Thanks for the response. Love the layout.
Beautiful bathroom!! Can you tell me where the vanity is from?
Hi Jennifer, vanity is custom made by Rafal Home Improvement. We designed it together with the client. It has many different components inside, like special build ins for blow dryers and other tools. I wish I have photos of inside for you. We can make the same or similar, if you'd like. Thank you for commenting.
Beautifull bathroom!
Can I ask how big is the room?
thanks
Thank you Bernard!
Bathroom is 16 feet by 7 feet, shower area is 7 by 7.
Is that a wood-look tile on the other two walls? This space is dreamy!
Hi Tammy,
A wood tiles are only on the wall behind the tub. The intensions were to create a focal point. Rest of the wall are the same tile as you can see on shower walls.
Thanks for your questions and thank you!
Hi, could you please tell me what tile model you used for the back wall (behind the tub)? I went to floor and decor's website but I can't manage to find them...
Hi Omar,
It is Antique panel wood mosaic, SKU: 100046440. It is located under decoratives on website that why it's hard to find. Thank you!
Hi Magda,
Greetings from Africa!
Love your design/work, but unfortunately I don't live in Chicago...
I have been trying for ages to get a thinly-framed (black) shower screen+door, and have now called a halt to the shower make-over until I find someone to produce one. I am becoming desperate! Do you p'haps have any idea as to how a shower frame is blackened?
Would love to hear from you,
Regards,
