Diving into the weekend

With only a couple of days until winter in my part of the world we are still experiencing summer temperatures. Where is winter? I want to pull out my winter wardrobe and layer up. Instead it's perfect weather for lounging around a fabulous backyard swimming pool like this one by Pepo Botanic Design. I guess I shouldn't complain too much.

Those low walls around the plantings are brilliant for providing extra seating if you're having a party. Or places to pose a glass. And no clutter or need to stock furniture off season.
In the movie "White Mischief," set in Kenya's Happy Valley, one character looks out the window and mutters contemptuously, "Another f****ing beautiful day!"

I love everything about this- clean, modern, interesting lines. Pool and pond collars are great!
