A rustic home with contemporary style

I have featured projects by Vancouver's Fox Design Studio in the past (here, here and here) and I continue to marvel at their talents at creating contemporary, eye-catching, spaces with incredible attention to detail. Each room in this home shares a similar colour palette of greys and white with touches of black and then pops of blue. It's a soothing, relaxing vibe that flows throughout this beautiful, rustic home. I want those sheep statues on my porch too!

Stunning, I am not usually a big fan of rustic style, but this housing got it. Can someone tell me what's the name of the indoor plant? Banana?

The indoor plant looks like a Strelitzia Nicolai (Giant Bird of Paradise). Stunning home.
