Stalking a little black terrace house

Not much over 4m wide but with its modern renovation and addition, this wooden terrace house in Balmain, Sydney manges to squeeze in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and openplan living on a small inner city block. A little bit industrial, a little bit scandi modern and all with light pouring in through skyligfhts and voids. I wouldn't call it tiny but it certainly is compact. Link here while it lasts.

Methinks I will go play this place a visit in real life, let you all know what I think.

Yes I did have a look and it is as good in real life. The styling is the best I have seen in a real estate viewing and the design is very thoughtful with great finishes. I did wonder what sort of floorboards were under the white paint finish. Loved the glass wall mezzanine 'window' on the main bedroom, it does have a curtain that can be pulled across. Great yard that borrows trees views from the neighbours.

Wow, how cute is this. Light, timeless, beautiful. Perfect home for a couple.
