A light filled loft

I do like a light filled loft. Yes I do. Almost as much as I love steel framed industrial windows, the tiniest touch of retro, books and all of the lighting in this light filled loft. Love the high concrete ceilings, the exposed pipes and the Douglas fir floors. Love it all. London loft apartment by Cloud Studios.

It appears to be Light-Filled Loft Day on DTI. Yay! I love everything about this one. It's totally livable, yet pays respectful tribute to the space's industrial origin. I'd be so happy if I lived here.

I'd be happy living there, too- so much great light. Maybe it's just me, but there seem to be too many thin lines in that first photo..? A little dizzy inducing. I'd change out those great chandeliers- I know, I know - and put in something more solid, dark. A connection to the sofa that stands out in all the airiness.
Everything else- perfect.
