Sisters Ashley 'Olivia' Waddell and Courtney 'O'Bryan' Whatley of Florida based interior design firm Olivia O'Bryan took a stunning waterfront property and transformed it into an elegant, yet somewhat casual home that I sincerely hope the owners use as their main residence. The mostly white walls and light concrete floors make every room so bright - I bet sunny days makes this even more special in person. Now if you will excuse me a margarita and that pool are beckoning....
